Growing up, I was always a PICKY eater. I'm talking "chicken nuggys and fries at every restaurant" picky. While some of the "picky-ness" mellowed with age, I still struggle with eating balanced meals, as there is still a long list of foods I have never tried and can't seem to muster up the courage to.
During the pandemic, I jumped down a rabbit hole of recipe videos and found a passion for cooking. Now, I cook for my family and my boyfriend multiple times per week, and am slowly but surely expanding my horizons as far as food is concerned.
